Superb location, helpful and kind host, modern rooms with great amenities, comfortable bed and good cleaning.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Sofia. The location was excellent, right off Vitosha Street, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The communication with the hotel staff was prompt and friendly, and we appreciated the clear check-in instructions for late-night arrivals. The stylish decor of the room added a nice touch to our stay.

We felt completely satisfied with our stay at the hotel, with no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to many tourist attractions and right in the heart of the city. It is conveniently situated next to the boulevard connecting the Serdika-area with the National palace of culture, making it easy to explore the city on foot. it is very close to Serdika train station, providing easy access to transportation options.

There is no WiFi available in the rooms, which can be a downside for guests who rely on internet access during their stay.

The view from the window was disappointing, as it faced the windows of the neighboring building, keeping the curtains closed for privacy. The walls were quite thin, making it easy to hear conversations from either outside or the next room.
